How long does a server migration take?
- A single-server migration is normally a Friday-night-to-Sunday window. The data copy runs first and the switchover happens last, so the old server stays bootable until you confirm the new one is behaving.
Should we buy a server or move to the cloud?
- Buy the server when your workload is steady, your data is large and your internet link is your weak point — which describes most Tricity factories and schools. Move to cloud when demand is spiky or you have no room to host equipment safely. We quote both and show the three-year cost of each.
Do you supply a specific server brand?

What happens if a disk fails after installation?
- You call the helpline and we handle the OEM warranty claim. RAID is configured so a single disk failure does not stop work, and AMC clients get the replacement chased as part of the contract.
