Vendor-agnostic does not mean unaccredited

We are not tied to one manufacturer, so the recommendation follows your requirement rather than a quota. That is only useful if we are properly authorised across the categories we supply — authorisation is what gets you warranty support, firmware access and an escalation path when something fails.

Why this page has no logos yet

We will not print a badge we have not verified

A wall of manufacturer logos is the easiest thing on a website to fake and one of the most damaging to get wrong. Every logo here will go up only once we hold the certificate, and each will say what tier it is. Until then this page names the categories and leaves the vendors blank.

What to ask any integrator

Three questions that separate a partner from a box-shifter

  1. 01

Are you authorised to supply this brand, and at what tier? Ask to see the certificate. Tier decides your warranty response, not just their discount.

  2. 02

Who raises the warranty claim when a part fails — you or us? If the answer is you, factor the time into the price.

  3. 03

What happens when this model is discontinued in three years? A design tied to one vendor's proprietary stack answers that question expensively.
