Hospitality

Hotel IT and surveillance systems in Chandigarh

Guests judge your Wi-Fi within ten minutes of checking in. We separate guest traffic from your billing and PMS entirely, cover the areas your insurer asks about, and put reception on a phone system that does not drop calls.

What makes this sector different

The pressure you are actually under

Buying decisions in this sector are driven by these, not by a feature comparison.

  1. 01

Guest Wi-Fi is now reviewed publicly alongside the rooms, so weak coverage in the far wing turns into a rating that costs future bookings.

  2. 02

Payment terminals and property management systems handle cardholder and guest identity data, which has to sit apart from the network guests are on.

  3. 03

The building is occupied every day of the year, so there is no shutdown period in which to cable or rewire.

Typical deployment

What we install for hospitality

Concrete, not aspirational. This is the equipment list a site like yours ends up with.

  • Guest Wi-Fi with per-room coverage, isolated completely from hotel systems

  • PMS and POS terminals on a protected network with card-data separation

  • Surveillance across entrances, lobby, corridors, parking and back-of-house

  • IP telephony with room extensions, wake-up calls and reception queueing

  • Cabling that survives a live building with guests in it

  • Redundant internet so a link failure does not stop check-ins

Questions we get asked

Hospitality: straight answers

How do you keep guest Wi-Fi away from hotel systems?

By putting guests on their own VLAN with client isolation and no route to internal systems. Guests reach the internet and nothing else, so a compromised laptop in room 204 cannot see your PMS, your POS or another guest's device.

Why is Wi-Fi weak in some rooms?

Hotel construction is the usual cause — brick and concrete between rooms, plus lift shafts and service risers, absorb the signal. Corridor-mounted access points spaced from a survey fix it far more reliably than adding power to existing units.

Can cabling be done with the hotel open?

Yes. Work runs floor by floor and wing by wing, in the low-occupancy hours your duty manager nominates, with each section tested and handed back before the next begins. No block loses service overnight.

Which areas should hotel cameras cover?

Entrances, reception, lobby, lift lobbies, corridors, parking and back-of-house receiving, as a baseline. Guest room interiors are never covered. Retention is set longer on entrances and parking, which is where insurers and police ask for footage.
